Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what BS Management LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares when you use our websites, Call Clara / Plan Anything, accounts, checkout, and related services (the “Services”). We aim to be clear — no surprise sales of your personal information.
1. Who is responsible
Controller: BS Management LLC. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
You provide
- Name, email, phone, and account details
- Planning content you share on a call or in tools
- Messages you send us (support, feedback)
- Payment-related details needed to check out (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
Voice sessions
- Audio and transcripts from sessions you take, processed by contracted voice and infrastructure providers so we can run the call and prepare your plan
- By calling and using a session code, you consent to that processing
Automatically
- Device/browser type, IP address, approximate location from IP, timestamps, and basic logs
- Cookie and local storage identifiers needed for sign-in sessions and site function (see Cookies)
- Transactional metadata (payment status, session code status, plan delivery status)
From others
- Payment processors (e.g. confirmation that a charge succeeded)
- Email delivery providers (delivery events)
3. How we use information
- Provide sessions, codes, accounts, and plans
- Authenticate you (magic links, session cookies)
- Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Services
- Communicate about your session, account, or important service changes
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
- Create de-identified or aggregated insights that do not identify you
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply)
If those laws apply to you, we process data based on: contract performance (providing the Service you requested); legitimate interests (security, improvement, limited analytics) balanced against your rights; consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies or optional marketing); and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the Services under contracts that limit use to providing services to us, including:
- Payment (Stripe)
- Email delivery
- Voice / AI infrastructure
- Hosting and storage
- Security and error monitoring (if enabled)
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required). We may share de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.
6. Session codes and account access
Four-digit session codes and sign-in links are credentials. Keep them private. Anyone with your code or access to your email may access related session functions. You are responsible for safeguarding your inbox and codes.
7. Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify where reasonably practicable. Voice artifacts may be retained long enough to deliver plans and handle quality or dispute review, then reduced per our operational schedule.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege ops). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; residual risk remains.
9. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict some processing. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and may decline where the law allows (fraud prevention, legal holds, etc.).
California / similar U.S. state rights: You may request know/access, delete, correct, and information about sharing. We do not sell personal information. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Marketing: Transactional mail about your session is part of the Service. If we ever send promotional email, you can unsubscribe via the message or by writing us.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Automated decision-making
We use automated tools (including voice and language models) to help run sessions and draft plans. These tools assist humans and product delivery; they are not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you without meaningful human involvement in how the product is offered.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
