Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Website Terms and Account & Service Terms. It states what you may not do. We keep it direct so everyone can plan in a safe space.
1. You may not
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person, or incite violence
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including denial-of-service attacks)
- Scrape or harvest data at scale without our written permission
- Share session codes publicly in a way that enables theft of paid sessions
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with us
- Use outputs to provide regulated advice to third parties as if you were licensed when you are not
- Attempt to reverse engineer or resell the Service as a competing product
- Use the Service to process others’ sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and their appropriate notice/consent
- Exploit children or seek sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
2. Voice sessions
Be respectful on calls. We may end a session that becomes abusive to systems or people. Do not use sessions to commit crimes or to obtain help committing crimes.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, and report to law enforcement when appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may act when we become aware of a problem.
4. Reporting
